The film follows Nico, an ambitious filmmaker and member of the elite upper class. Looking for inspiration, he finds it in CIA, a local Mexican street punk gang known for robberies, violence, and even murder. When Nico finds himself going from filmmaker to active participant, the line gets blurred when he falls in love with the leader of the gang. With the stakes raising with every desperate act of a gang in the midsts of a war, all souls will be laid bare by the roll of the credits.
